Some salmon tail products in the market only consist of salmon tail and bones. Our salmon tails are not just that, we corporate big chunks of meat on the bone. 
 
Breaking into smaller pieces is highly recommended for smaller pets or if your pet loves to swallow whole food or can not chew through bones. Please feed under supervision. Please consider our other products such as salmon jerky pieces or sardine powder if your pet shows any signs of hesitation to chew before they eat.
